We’re so glad you’re here!
At Soulful Strength, we embrace both the tradition of yoga and the science of movement.
Alexis and Frank, co-founders of Soulful Strength, have spent more than twenty years working one-on-one with clients through personal training and strength and conditioning, while also teaching yoga and continuing to explore their own practices through multiple styles of strength training, endurance sports and movement education. These experiences have shaped a studio where strength, mobility and mindfulness areΒ fully integrated under one roof.Β
Our teachers come from different backgrounds, experiences and traditions, each bringing their own unique style to the room. While each class has its own personality, we share a common intention: to create a supportive environment where every student feels seen, respected and encouraged to grow.
We look forward to practicing with you!

CUSTOMER REVIEWS
β β β β β βThis is yoga for regular people. You can be a total beginner, an athlete working on stability and flexibility, or a casual yogi and feel comfortable here. The classes were beginner-friendly, with adaptations offered for more or less challenge.β

β β β β β βI really enjoy the classes, teachers, and community at Soulful Strength Yoga! The studio is clean and well stocked with props. Teachers offer helpful assists and are encouraging for all levels. I especially love the heated space and being challenged to grow in my practice.β

β β β β β βThis space is exactly the kind of people and environment I am seeking. I was challenged by Alexisβs Strong Flow class and made more progress toward inversions than I have in six months. Then Vin to Yin was therapeutic and relaxing. As a dynamic gym and studio, itβs a great fit for me.β

OUR YOGA CLASSES
ALL LEVELS FLOW (60/75 Minutes, Warm & Unheated)

A well-rounded yoga class designed to be approachable for newer students while still offering room to grow. Expect a combination of standing poses, mobility, balance, strength, and time to slow down and breathe. Variations are offered for more or less challenge.
SOUL FLOW – HOT LEVEL 2 (95Β° – 60 Minutes)

A dynamic vinyasa-style class that blends mindful movement with strength and breath. Expect creative sequencing, opportunities to explore more advanced poses and transitions, and a steady rhythm.
This class encourages focus, refinement, and presence – a space to challenge yourself intelligently while maintaining control and awareness. Prior yoga experience is recommended.
STRONG FLOW (85Β°, 60-ish Minutes)

Alexis’ Signature Class. Expect active holds, controlled transitions, and repeatable sequences designed to build strength and stability. The pace is steady and challenging, with options to scale up or down. An athletic-vinyasa style practice, with time to drill and workshop foundational movements that are required for more advanced postures.
GENTLE YOGA (60 Minutes, Unheated)

A slower, supportive class focused on comfortable movement, mobility, balance, and strengthening. Gentle Yoga is a good fit for beginners, people returning to movement, or anyone who wants a less physically demanding practice without giving up meaningful work.
Vin to Yin (Warm/Unheated – 60 Minutes)

Vin-to-Yin begins with steady, breath-linked movement to build heat, strength, and focus. The class then shifts into longer-held Yin shapes that encourage tension to release, connective tissues to soften, and the mind to settle.
Suitable for all levels.
HOT LEVEL 1 (95Β°)

This beginner-friendly heated class improves mobility through mindful movement, longer-held postures and intentional breathwork. Warmth helps the body soften into deeper ranges of motion, while gentle core and hip activation build the strength to support them.
